Marketing Coordinator | Winona, MN
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for development, implementation, and optimization of MWSCO marketing campaigns across all channels with an emphasis on cohesive branding.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Lead MWSCO business channels’ integrated marketing campaigns from concept to execution
  • Manage all MWSCO social media accounts
  • Develop and execute a cohesive marketing plan
  • Ensure that marketing efforts serve both immediate and long-term business goals
  • Work with and build strong relationships with vendors, manage vendor co-op marketing funds
  • Work with internal departments on marketing needs (customer flyers, internal newsletters, employee events, etc.)
  • Build knowledge and education through workshops, research and seminars
Education and Experience
BS degree in marketing or a related digital field. Proven work experience in a digital marketing, advertising or creative position. Strong grasp of current marketing tools, trends, best practices and strategies for marketing and measurement. Minimum of five years’ experience with marketing or e-commerce required.
 
Knowledge Requirements
Working knowledge of HTML, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite and InDesign, etc. Experience optimizing Google AdWords campaigns. Creation of press ready artwork. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Delivering and selling welding-related products to loyal customers in your route area
  • Loading your truck with care, and safely managing deliveries to businesses or warehouses
  • Using your people skills to build strong relationships and help customers with what they need—right from the truck
  • Handling paperwork like invoices, order requests, and delivery confirmations
  • Listening to customer feedback and sharing it with the team so we can keep improving
  • Ensuring accurate pricing and safe cylinder exchanges each day
  • Rolling with changes—no two days are exactly alike!
What You’ll Need:
  • A valid Class B CDL with HAZMAT endorsement

MWSCO Driver | Winona, MN
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for safe and timely transportation of products.
  • Maintain vehicles and equipment as needed.
  • Adhere to commercial driver guidelines and regulations.
  • Assist with other duties in the Fill Plant as required.
  • Assume responsibility for establishing and maintaining effective communication, coordination and working relations with all MWSCO employees
Other Requirements:
  • Current Class A CDL (Commercial Driver’s License) with hazardous material endorsement.
  • Current tanker endorsement required.
  • Two or more years driving experience preferred. Experience in a welding or industrial supply business also preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills; exhibit strong commitment to serve both internal and external customers in a professional manner.
Physical Demands:
  • Regularly required to lift up to 50 pounds and move products or materials weighing 100+ pounds with the assistance of material handling equipment.
  • Regularly lift 50 pound cylinders on/off skids as needed (manipulate/dead lift of weight).
  • Frequent kneeling, bending, pushing, pulling and lifting.
  • Regularly work outdoors under all weather conditions.
Travel and Scheduling Requirements:
  • Daily out of town travel to service the MWSCO market area.
  • The ability to work 8 or more hours per day per business demand.
  • Weekend work per customer and business demand.
  • Out of town and overnight travel for customer projects per business demand
