Position Summary:
Provide excellent customer service communication with internal and external MWSCO Technical Services customers. Will play a vital role in maintaining relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Educational and Skill Requirements:
Business administration education and experience or service related industry experience. Successful candidates will have the ability to organize on multiple levels with excellent communication and problem solving skills. High level use of Microsoft Office software and equivalent programs (e.g. Word, Excel) required with the ability to develop or support service related information.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with technical service employees and customers
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and expectations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve service related issues
- Provide automation quotes to MWSCO customers
- Develop system to maintain accurate records of equipment in MWSCO repair system
- Work with marketing to develop technical services sell sheets
- Prepare and present reports on service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Develop customer quotes for Technical Services offerings
- Work with MWSCO IT and others on potential new and existing software
- Order and track repair parts and resolve issues as they arise
- Coordinate robot system preventative maintenance
- Work with existing and new customers to actively sell MWSCO products and services
- Follow MWSCO safety policies, procedures, and goals.
Physcial Demands:
- Regularly required to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to move products or materials weighing 100+ pounds with the assistance of material handling equipment or coworkers.
- Travel out of town with overnight stays
