The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for development, implementation, and optimization of MWSCO marketing campaigns across all channels with an emphasis on cohesive branding.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead MWSCO business channels’ integrated marketing campaigns from concept to execution
- Manage all MWSCO social media accounts
- Develop and execute a cohesive marketing plan
- Ensure that marketing efforts serve both immediate and long-term business goals
- Work with and build strong relationships with vendors, manage vendor co-op marketing funds
- Work with internal departments on marketing needs (customer flyers, internal newsletters, employee events, etc.)
- Build knowledge and education through workshops, research and seminars
Education and Experience
BS degree in marketing or a related digital field. Proven work experience in a digital marketing, advertising or creative position. Strong grasp of current marketing tools, trends, best practices and strategies for marketing and measurement. Minimum of five years’ experience with marketing or e-commerce required.
Knowledge Requirements
Working knowledge of HTML, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite and InDesign, etc. Experience optimizing Google AdWords campaigns. Creation of press ready artwork. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
