MWS is your one stop shop for all of your welding and industrial supply needs. We handle a wide selection of high quality name brand items with a local service quality.
IS THERE SOMEONE I CAN TALK TO LIVE?

ARE THERE SHIPPING CHARGES?
Yes, we do charge shipping on our products.
Shipments to 48 states will ship either UPS or USPS priority at our discretion. Packages weighing 3lbs. or less will ship USPS priority mail. All other packages will ship UPS. Cut off time for an expedited shipment is 1 PM CST. All orders received after 1 PM CST will ship the following business day.
US Mail and P.O. Box Shipments: MWS ships packages weighting 3 lbs. or less USPS priority mail. Customers providing only a P.O. Box for shipping will be asked to provide a valid shipping address for all packages over 3lbs.
Air/Express Shipments: Next Day or Second Day Air, on orders UNDER 150 lbs. TOTAL, are calculated in real time on our website with the items in your cart and your shipping postal code. Machines that weigh more than 150 lbs. cannot be shipped via Air freight services. Empty and full gas cylinders CANNOT be shipped via air.
Alaska or Hawaii Shipments:
GROUND UNDER 150 lbs. - shipping charges will be calculated in real time on your order online or over the phone.
AIR UNDER 150 lbs. - MUST ship either Next Day or Second Day Air and shipping charges will be calculated in real time on your order online or over the phone with your appropriate postal code.
GROUND OR AIR OVER 150 lbs. - shipping charges will be calculated in real time on your order and will be quoted separately via phone or email.
Canada Shipments: All shipments are calculated in real-time through our website or over the phone and determined by the weight of the item(s) and your postal code. Packages under 69lbs. and under $500 can be shipped USPS, UPS Worldwide Expedited and UPS Worldwide Saver. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and not MWS.
International Freight Orders: Mississippi Welders Supply DOES NOT ship international freight orders. It is up to you to arrange for a freight forwarder prior to placing your order.
CAN I SHIP MY ORDER TO AN ADDRESS OTHER THAN MY BILLING ADDRESS?
MWS will ship to an address other than your credit card's billing address. However, all orders that are shipping to an address other than the credit card billing address are subject to further proof of identity requirements. Bank money transfers may be the only form of payment accepted on some orders.
PAYPAL Customers - MWS will ship to PayPal verified addresses only.
CAN I PLACE AN ORDER BY TELEPHONE?
Yes, you may place your order over the phone with one of our customer service representatives.
DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM ORDER?
WILL I BE CHARGED SALES TAX?
Sales tax for U.S. customers is charged to Minnesota, Wisconsin and Iowa shipping addresses only.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES MWSCO.COM ACCEPT?
Online payment is by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or PayPal. MWS only accepts U.S. billed credit cards on orders placed over the phone. International credit cards can be used through PayPal to make your online purchases. No C.O.D. orders or “purchase orders” are accepted.
Orders may be paid in advance by phoning the order in and then sending a check, wire transfer, a certified check or U.S. Postal Service Money Order for the full amount of your order. Orders paid by check or money order will be held for 7-10 business days after receiving the payment.
IS MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION SECURE ON THE MWSCO.COM CHECKOUT PAGE?
CAN I FINANCE MY PURCHASE THROUGH MWSCO.COM?
No, MWS does not offer any financing or deferred payment plans.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Most orders will be delivered to your location within 3-7 business days via standard ground shipment dependent on stocking and availability. Orders placed online will receive email shipping and tracking information.
Air/Express orders: Next Day and 2Day orders placed before 1pm Central time will be shipped the same business day. Express orders placed after 1pm CST will be shipped the following business day. Saturday and Sunday ARE NOT business or shipping days.
Example: An order placed on Thursday at 3pm ET via Second Day Air will ship on Friday and be delivered on Tuesday.
Money-Back Guarantees will apply according to the policy of the freight company. Delays caused by circumstances beyond freight co. control (weather delays, businesses that are closed, street closings, etc) will be excluded from the Money-Back Guarantee, and the package will be delivered as quickly as possible.
DO I NEED TO SIGN FOR MY DELIVERY?
MWS requires signature on all machines, full cylinders, as well as packages with a total value exceeding $500. You may request that your delivery signature requirement be waived by entering a special request in the "Comments" section of our order form, or by making a special request by telephone before the order has shipped. MWS is not responsible for missing or damaged packages delivered without a signature at the request of the customer.
Full Cylinders: All FULL cylinders will require a signature at the time of delivery. This requirement cannot be waived under any circumstances.
WHAT IF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED?
External damage to all packages must be refused and MWS must be contacted immediately. Internal damage must be reported to MWS within 10 days of receipt. Damage claims will be refused if the item has been used, is not in original packaging, or was received more than 10 days earlier.

MWS guarantees all of our items to work and be free from manufacture’s defects.
Defective Item Return:
If you receive a defective or damaged item please contact customer service within 7 days of receiving the item. Please call customer service at 1-800-657-4422, have your name and invoice/order number ready. We will provide you with the options to rectify the situation at that time. At that time we will work with you to return the product and to replace your product as quick as possible.
Large freight shipped, and heavy ground shipped items damaged or defective cannot be returned using standard methods. Please contact customer service at 1-800-657-4422 for instructions on what needs to be done with your heavy freight or parcel order.
Standard Goods Return Policy:
All returns require a Return Goods Authorization. We will only receive items back that have not been opened and taken out of original packaging. You can return an item for full credit of the purchase price of the item(s) up to 14 days from receiving your order less the shipping. After 14 days the customer can return any unopened, unused items back at the purchase price minus a 10% restock fee up to 60 days after receiving the item(s). The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. If buyer would like, MWS will arrange return shipping at a fee to buyer. Once we receive the item back in our warehouse, we will examine the order. You will receive a credit to your account for the purchase price minus the outgoing shipping/insurance charges.
Truck Freight Return Policy:
All returns require a Return Goods Authorization. Items being returned truck freight will be arranged and paid by the buyer. All Truck freight returns will receive a credit to your account for the purchase price minus the outgoing shipping/insurance charges and will be assessed a minimum restocking charge of 10% of the item(s) cost.
Gas Cylinders Return Policy:
No Return on Full or Empty cylinders due to DOT regulations associated with the transport of the cylinders. Please contact local gas supplier(s) in your area before purchase to verify their policy on customer owned cylinders.
Electronic Repair Parts:
No Return on Electronic Repair Parts ordered for machine and tool repair. Please contact manufacturer to verify you are ordering the correct item for your repair. All sales final on electronic repair parts.
Please check contents of your order carefully. If your order is not what you expected, or has been damaged during shipping, please contact MWS customer service at 800-657-4422 right away. Your satisfaction is our number one priority.
WHAT IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER?
Any problems or concerns that you may have with your order must be reported to MWS no later than 10 calendar days after receiving your order. The number of days will begin with the date of delivery as reported by the freight carrier used by MWS to ship your merchandise. All issues reported after 10 calendar days will be refused.
WHAT IF MY WELDING MACHINE NEEDS REPAIR?
Both the Miller/Hobart True Blue warranty and the Thermal Dynamics warranty will be honored at authorized Miller or Thermal Dynamics repair facilities around the U.S. We will happily provide you with the repair facility nearest you.
DO YOU SELL USED EQUIPMENT?
All equipment featured on mwsco.com is factory-new. We do not sell any used or reconditioned products.
DO YOU ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?
Yes, international orders must be processed online due to our payment restrictions over the phone.
